I agree and have said this for quite some time. I think everyone kind of accepts that the overall rating is totally meaningless unless it has some bearing on the card's availability in packs and, of course, SBCs. The IG ratings seem to similarly have little bearing on what actually happens on the pitch most of the time.…
I don't really see that it matters unless it's an ego thing. I think we've all realised that ratings have little to do with how the player performs on the pitch anyway... which is pretty bizarre for a game supposedly based on those ratings. Good ol' EA!
I have R94 and TOTS Son and Bats... I still can't choose between Son and Bats to partner R94 so I use both of them, subbing when I feel like it. I can't see him matching TOTY CR7 though...
Packs are supposed to be random so you have no problem. More worrying were my 2 Mega packs (or whatever they are) from E1 SB rewards where the highest rated was 81. But I guess that was random too
I keep saying this but... Caligiuri is the best RM I've used in a 352 this year. I need my wide mids to patrol the whole line and he does just that. Yeah, he's a jack of all trades and master of none but, for me, that is just what's needed.
See earlier in this thread... I like him a lot. I play him @ RM in a 352 and he does everything really well. He tackles, runs, shoots and heads. A great all rounder which is how I like my wide mids.
He's a decent keeper for me but does nothing exceptional, just like any other keeper or so it seems. When the game decides he can pull off stupidly good saves. Likewise, when the game decides he'll let in any old shot.
Oh yeah...before I forget, I really like Caligirly @ RM in a 352. He seems incredibly well rounded, scoring with foot and head. He also tracks back well to tackle just about anyone. I was going to get Kimmich but that now just seems like a waste of coins, especially as Cali has that extra bit of pace which is needed out…
I can confirm this. I dropped Son to the bench for him and he seems great at everything, especially heading and ridiculous long, power shots (which are always satisfying). It's early days with him though.
That's where I'm playing him in a 352  It's early days yet but he seems decent although he hasn't stood out. That said, at the mo, everyone on the team is playing well one match then they think they're in the Sunday league the next.
Oh yes, I do know that thanks. Just looking at the top 100 confirms this. I was simply pointing out that some teams play way above their level for no apparent reason.
The nav on the dash is really handy as I have that zoomed out and the wide screen nav zoomed in. I can still get lost though  The B&O setup is worth it if you like your music. It sounds better than my HiFi at home.
Are they using the same console and copy of FIFA as you or are they connecting from a different console? If they are on a different console then it's 99% your connection, be that WiFi or something further down the line. A lot of people here blame WiFi but I don't know anyone IRL that has problems with it. It may just be…
It does me proud and is quick enough. Like the Merc above, it's practical (which is needed at my age), the wife is happy driving it and it's a hell of a lot cheaper to run than an R8. I had a Lotus Esprit Turbo many years ago and just replacing the rear tyres required a 2nd mortgage.
