Frostbite engine killed the franchise, it won't get any better until they replaced it. It's not the first victim of EA forcing this engine on developers, Mass Effect Andromeda and Anthem were god awful.

There is a inertia physics in game, but it's thrown out of the window for juiced up cards.

If EA was a problem everyone would have high pings not just you.

it's measured to the server, but it's meaningless if your opponent has bad connection and you'll get lag compensation you'll get less lag if you play on 4G because it isn't compensated (your opponent on fibre/dsl/cable has it)

He made a noob mistake by trying defend manually and not let AI do defending. He needs to improve his defending "skills".
