Oh man someone has never worked in it, development, education, management, lol. If you think EA are some how kings of mismanagement oh boy lol. On another topic, where the heck did Bartłomiej Drągowski face come from? What is the history there?
Those others games know what teams and uniforms will be in game a lot earlier than ours. Italy and Spain league makeups are not decided until June and France went even longer with the situation with Bordeaux. You have to create the assets for those teams in a much shorter window. This is the real answer.
upcoming editions it says, if it was 23 they would have explicitly said so. That is good old Eastpoint in the twitter picture. DLC at best along with Nottingham perhaps. La Bombonera was shown in a tweet from Boca already I believe.
No offense to Wrexham or their Hollywood owners, but EA doing a big deal with them while they can't work a deal with Russia/Zenit, Red Star Belgrade, Palmerias/ Brazilian league, among others shows a company that has too many Brits and Americans in charge and not enough football fans.
We forget how many years it took them to get La Liga after they stopped Konami's deal in 2013. Plus of course they lost Barca. But their organization must improve, they should be doing a league stadium deal every single year not, every two or three years. France, Italy, Russia, Brazil, USA, get it ready to go now don't…
I guess Italian situation will improve over the years, but Covid has really ruined a lot of the progress EA was making from 18-19. I think most of us agree the game has not made enough progress in terms of new content or our expectations for offline play, but there are plenty of video games in a much worse state than FIFA.…
Don't know why they couldn't get Chile and Columbia back either. Apparently they are still trying to negotiate with Brazilian players. I wasn't sure about India or Omonia either. All in all another disappointment. They are moving way too slow.
Hmmm, wonder why you know about the Cypriots... I think some of those "added database teams" are connected to FUT in someway as Racing France and Clausenengen were also on that list they were former teams of FUT legends.
Well they couldn't even re-add stadiums they already have for Boca and River, plus they wasted all the Brazilian stadiums they made in 2014 when they lost the ability to negotiate for their licenses. There is more than Covid that foils this bunch of clowns.
Well so much for my optimism, that stadium list is dreadful and now I doubt they are going to accomplish what they should have been able to in South America. If they can't even re-add Boca and River stadiums, it's a really bad sign.
Those "new leagues in the code" refer only to single teams added. FUT always lists single teams with their representative country so it has league for Greece, Croatia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, ect. even though those are only teams in rest of world. There are zero leagues announced, although there may be a couple old ones…
