Dunno with the refresh upgrades tbh. They seem to do it differently every year. I remember one year there was a French striker in the Seria who’s 1st inform got upgraded to the same rating as the sif and the sif stayed the same

Potm tends to be +2 informs unless the highest performance based card (or nif if there isn’t any) is atleast 89 rated or something

It wasn’t the top 50, it was the top 50 with a minimum 3 upgrade in career mode. Can’t see them repeating this as it was stupid and everyone moaned. Literally nobody thought it was a good idea, apart from maybe the devs who had less work to do.
