Bound to get an SBC requiring 88s at some point, probably a repeatable Mid Icon pack or if they do the WC Hero repeatable at Christmas.

Now is not a good buy time, they were 28k yesterday. I'm holding. Verratti at 87 is already creeping up to 31k and is being binned in last minute at 37.5k by some idiots :D

The amount of packs I could generate with these coins for TOTY if I had Leagues. So annoying. I also have untradeables only in the club, nothing else.

Question When did Leagues expire last year and not come back? I swear there was a couple months left of the game without Leagues.

It's a purely gameplay mode right now. I very much think they got rid of Leagues to force people to spend more during the big promos instead of stacking packs.

Yeah the overall disappointment is the only thing giving me hope they may give in and bring them back. However, they have probably run their stats and see if they get rid of League SBCs they will force more people to pay for packs during big promos.

Yes they had them last year. They probably saw more engagement in those than League SBCs and thus got rid of League SBCs. Remember us grinders are in the minority. Far more people would do the Weekly Upgrades to gamble.

Weekly Upgrades replaced Leagues in my opinion. Poor move on EAs part, but then to be fair, what isn't a poor move on their part.

I'm wondering how much longer I will play this cycle. Every year we have had a League Grind to do which when I didn't want to play matches gave me something to do on the game. Now we don't have that, now it's all just gameplay. I really think the weekly upgrades for 4 days are there to replace League SBCs
