Gameplay was a LOT smoother tonight than before the patch and it seemed like manual defending was more rewarding. Went 6-0 in qualifying and I’ve been struggling the last few weeks with connection icons all over the shop.

There should be daily player SBCs. At least there have been every year I’ve played since 20. Hope they don’t stop this year as there are usually some very good players in there. Ramos last year, Renato the year before are the ones that stick out. That Mkhitarayan was very good last year too.

Both, open packs lower than a prime electrum to stock up on golds and saving everything else. Managed to do 9 of the 82x20 so far but running low on fodder so maybe just do one more. They shouldn’t do that as you wouldn’t be able to get them off the market. Wouldn’t really be fair on the people who start very late or were on holiday. EA aren’t angels but they wouldn’t do that.

I’m not sure it’s a dip but more of a correction. Some of these high end cards were waaayyy too high and rare. That coupled with the slowing down of the power curve meant they were more desirable. I’ve got all 4 83x10, 7 82x20, about 60 78x3, Div 1 season rewards and rivals rewards and a few other packs too. I’ll be disappointed to get none 😂

I quite enjoyed it, but mainly because I packed Theo, Militao and Bellingham untradeable along with Ginola and completed Ramos who hasn’t left the team yet.

Never truer words spoken. The mode is a shambles. It’s so obvious that all the rats that stay in lower divisions are making their way up again with 8 days left of the season for the better rewards. I went 16-4 last week (an anomaly but still) This week I’m 1-2 and getting battered. Even the win was tough. I hate the lack of consistency. It’s the worst thing about the game.

Ginola is incredible. He’s pretty much R9 lite but with better work rates. He’ll be much better than Volland and other mids can do the job of Toure.

I’ve just pulled the trigger on Centurions Neymar. Was bored of waiting and he’s the final piece of my team. Been using the untradeable gold since packing him week 2 of the game. Both him and Vazquez are on get in behind and come back on defence. They’re up and down the wings like a yo yo. They chip in with a fair few goals but you can be left open to counters which is why you have to be decent at manual defending and have pacey CBs on the left and the right.
