Can be anything from an hour to a day I believe . You can change gens on console ( if you can ) or use app as for whatever reason they are on different things do bans don’t carry through.

Also lots of the HM cards are just removing Walkouts to make them promos. Cancelo/Haaland/Kane/Kouli should be ok to hit for fodder in BPL but will be much harder to hit as promos (obviously).
