Without sounding harsh, the standard in draft is really low. If you're an average player you should be able to do really well in draft.

Start with a 4321 Figo RF, CR7 CM If you have one an Icon LF Could get everyone on 10chem that way then switch in game to whatever you want

That's exactly my point of view as well, no doubt you'll get some talented players. But BWP wasn't good at championship level, he's was a league one player. And he looks like a world beater in the MLS.

I've only used Figo and he's great, I use him RAM and CAM POTM Hazard always does well against me though
