Yeah I’m not convinced by Theo and lack of right back except cuadrado so was either looking at 3atb or hybrid

At the moment looking at 4411 but could be tempted by 352 to get all 3?

I don’t think it’s the formation, it’s the constant pressure tactic. 4411 either variation helps me counter it as I’ve always got a passing option open

I use him as a stay back cm and he’s always in the right positions for me. Haven’t noticed his work rates since I out stay back and aggressive interceptions
