Yes this mean that EA want that you lose.......it has many matches as example that I have total only 9 chances and my opponent hat13 so even I score 7or8 he makes 10 :D :D so impossible for me to win the game :s
If you reach every week legendary III you will stay on legendary III but the goal is to progress and not to stay in the same league for months......and this is the frustration of this attack mode :s
Yes this is the hard reality of this game.....I since months in the same legendary II level :s all week I climb to 860-880k and in Friday back to 800k :( :'(
I haves also some problems with purchase packages in fifamobile this December and I called the google play Support he deleted my buy requests and afterwards I reinstalled the game and it works fine since December. But I not sure if you have the same problem.........

In the future, make always a printscreen for all such situations. So if happen wrong retribution or problem you have the screenshot that you can attach to the claim! o:)
