Unfortunately you need to be in division 6 or below and have a very negative record. Get 6 wins in champs and you'll most likely pack him.

I have used WC Cruyff and packed Prime Eusebio and have to say Eusebio edges it for me. Cruyff has better dribbling, but the difference is hardly noticeable.
