Well guess I should have just ready this one before posting asking if FIFA was like a box of chocolates, never knowing what gameplay you are going to get when you log in.
I thought the conversation was around football, not off the field. Not going by looks or anything along those lines. Jealous? Pretty sure fans are jealous of either of them. Now not being a fan of Juventus or Manchester United... guilty. This is the problem with this type of discussion, as it turns into an emotional…
If drive is a deciding factor, the someone like Ibrahimović coming back from major injury to still play, not taking pay while he was out. Not saying Ibrahimović should be in the conversation at all, just pointing to that drive not being unique. As I said both are not done. I would still lean toward Messi because he…
What International Stage has Ronaldo won on that Messi has not also won on? And Messi has been able to endure at a top club for his entire career. Is that a bad thing? Loyalty is not a bad thing at all. Longevity is good too and yes Ronaldo has that. Not trying to be a fanboy or either player, just failing to see rational…
The same for CR7... and for most players in fact, but saying only Messi does that would be incorrect. Ronaldo Shines very bright against the weaker teams as well. Neither has won a World Cup, which is what makes the best ever conversations all that more interesting. Though I am not sure winning the World Cup is a fair…
Are they really programming AI though or are they just programming the same old “computer”? I think they are “trying” to program AI and failing. That might be why some games seem to be much easier or harder than the level a person picks when playing against the computer.
Second hand is the only option I would even consider buying the game. As long as the money does not go to EA, and the game is very cheap. Free would be about the actual value.
Yeah... sounds like you got the EA run around. They are notorious about sending people in a circle. There are good agents that help, but sometimes it takes a few tries to find one. Good luck.
While I am not offended easily, the point here is that they set standards for a reason and then selectively choose to enforce the rules. Secondly people in real life lose their jobs for such items. So you are a big supporter of the kind of behavior then? https://youtu.be/njnAMioiTko Is your statement these players should…
The crazy amount of money spent on the game kind of takes away from the points you make. The idea that the amount you spent gives you more of a voice really does not sit well with most I am sure.
It is that attitude as to why there are fans screaming horrible obscenities in the stands at games. It is still a game kids play and people should be mindful of that. I am not talking about just minor things to be offended by, but there are some pretty sick items. Crossed team names such as Kill xxxx People of certain…
My son is really loving PES20. The graphics are not as sharp as FIFA, but the gameplay is better in many ways. Definitely more customizable aspects of the game from the players to the kits, which again my son really enjoys.
Only stick to Squad Battles from FUT Rivals was really no fun and weekend league was always a mess. Just too many games to play and always feeling that just one more player could boost your team. Glad I skipped FIFA20 and moving to PES.
Save your money. If you really want to get it wait a bit longer, they have already knocked $20 off the price and giving people 500 FIFA points along with the discounted price. Expect it will go lower before Christmas. But even then, I would say skip it.
Money well spent. At least you do not have to buy next years version for they the same experience or have 20 updates to it so that it performs differently nearly every time you play it. Mostly manual controls too. Solid investment for years of use.
All designed to make people believe just one more player could get them to the next level. In reality they can probably do just as well with a common Gold team that they just played with regularly.
It just was not worth buying no matter how much they drop the price. After last years debacle, I decided to not buy again and these posts confirm it was the right choice. People are smashing controllers and just generally not happy while playing. Very happy with my decision.
True, Which is less than three months. I was being overly fair to EA since they did have the Beta release before the full release. Granted that many of the issues they are scrambling to patch they knew about before the release. At this rate, I am guessing 30 patches could be possible before July.
Those games normally have a lifecycle that lasts longer than 10 months though. With a shelf life of 10 months, 6 patches in after less than 3 months in...that even is ahead of what 19 had and 19 had more than 18. They are going the wrong direction. It is the same engine, the patches should be fewer.
