My packet loss if often 2% or more. I got a score of 61 out of 100 ping is around 16 ms. Jitter seems te be fine. What kind of impact will a packet loss of 2% or more have for my gaming experience? Sometimes I feel like my defenders are skating and I can't press my opponent is it because of packet loss?

I've won the FUT Draft online and only got 2 gold packs and 2 premium gold packs with very average players is this the reward we get after spending 15K to play this mode.
