I think summer would’ve been the ideal timing. It seems to be a theme of ours giving out contracts at strange times. Bruno was absolutely dreadful today, Pogba and Shaw by far our best players. If we want to stay where we are we really have to improve in these big games as happy as we all are with a point

Everyone bar McTominay has been very good today and still Grealish has probably been the best player on the pitch. If we were to sign one player in Jan I’d want it to be him

As a squad in terms of the players we have then yes, of course we’ve developed but overall the majority of players who were already here have either regressed or still have the same question marks over them as before and the performances as a team haven’t got better.
