Defining a “casual” vs. a “dedicated” player...

Let’s standardize these terms I see them thrown around way too often and it creates misinformation.

How many games/hours of FUT played per week would you all consider a casual player? And then how many for a dedicated player?

I’m thinking 10 hours a week is casual. Anything more is dedicated. Thoughts?

    Dedicated
    1) finish 30 games of WL
    2) rank 1 or 2 in rivals
    3) do all objectives available
    4) play on a daily basis (more than 1 hour daily)

    that's how I see it

Im a casual. Only time for 2-3 games a night after kids are in bed. Only played WL this weekend and last weekend. Not done a single objective player or icon swap.

I would agree with both of your comments and where you bucket yourselves. Good on ya!

I think it has a lot to do with how regularly you play the game. If you’re logging on daily then you’re dedicated imo. If you log on then don’t touch the game for 3 or 4 days then you’re casual.

People that say they log in every day but only play a couple hours are pretty dedicated imo. If you did anything else every single day for an hour or two people would call you dedicated.

There is also those who are in between.
Skill wise I'm at best subaverage. But I like trading and shiny things. So I log on regularly. But cant play every weekend leagues and finish every objective player.

I guess it's more of an at least 2 or 3 dimensional spectrum where there some teens who just can play for hours. Those who have a wife and job and dog and stuff and are also dedicated but can only play like 3 games at night after a rough day.

Those who are pretty competitive but can only play on weekends and stuff.
It's hard to draw clear lines here.

    I was dedicated.
Didn't play that many weekend leagues
    Did a lot of swaps
    Did some objective players
    Played 2000 or so games

Still completely mediocre at the game like but I wouldn't class myself as a casual

I'd say the following would qualify you as being a "dedicated" player.

Being an active member of a Fifa forum.
Checking in for new content on a regular basis (fifa, here, futbin, twitter etc).
Completing the Objectives or weekend league regularly.

    The sweaty ones:

Run down every dead ball you take

Sub on that Spanish wolves guy

Run down the wing every time and try to walk it into the 6 yard box every time

Dragback ratio of 4 to 1 to the number of tackles they make every game

    4231

They for kick.off goals every time

    Time waste when winning

Most casuals dont do this as they tend to vary their game more.
