This. I dont care for a team with 6 or more mediocre Icons. I want to Build Around 1 or 2 premium ones. But the ones I want would cost 15Million between them
I hear you mate after the match I went to check R9 price and realised the only way I will have him this year is if I pack him in the prime Icon swap pack. 4 mil not even enough for mid R9 prices crazy this year

Every once in a while I come against some Credit Card FC team with R9, Vieira, Gullit, etc, but for the most part I never see them.
Never understood why that bothers people as this game is not a football simulator. It's like a Rocky flick -- you suspend disbelief and take it for what it is.
I've been playing PES 2020 the last three weeks, already have a team much stronger than anything I could have in Fifa. All the icons are usable too, how it's done in PES is much better.
Agreed giving godly rated cards to players that have not yet earned , or in most cases will never earn such cards is a joke. The whole future stars promo is ridiculous.
Had this been around years ago Federico Macheda and Adnan Januzaj would both have 90+ rated cards and look how quickly their careers nosedived.
EA has zero respect for the game, whatever the ❤️❤️❤️❤️ shifts DLC

Agree with this... it shows in what EA do with the top 5 players just how their only focus is money instead of making their product enjoyable.
The big 5 or 10 players genuinely make this game more fun, even owning only 1 but even more so if we could own multiple.... yet EA are happy to ensure that minimal people ever get to experience this fun from the game only in effort to keep them exclusive and in turn create a reason to spend big.
I was lucky enough this year to pack base cruyff from base sbc and hes been a godsend and far better than any other player I've ever used. He really has made the game for me. If only they made it fairer so we could all have a couple of these cards every year... the troops would be in much better morale I feel.
The game could be so much better with all players being within reach of everyone... and of course a whole load of fixes.
