Hahahahaha. You don't. At least not for the first 6 months or so. Unless you dont like sleeping, or being a good husband/father. Family comes first!
The best advice right here. Lower your ambitions and focus on having fun. Care less about winning or losing a match, because you will have to drop some games even when you have the time to play to help your wife and kid.
I’m 36 myself, married with a 3 year old and another one due in September.
I basically gave up Fifa for 2 years when the first kid came along. If you want to carry on playing when the baby comes get used to playing squad battles! That is the only way you can get a game finished when they cry on your shift.
