Nah, Never gonna get it because the team that look after FIFA are ❤️❤️❤️❤️ useless. Got my madden packs instantly every time. Didn't get the last FIFA twitch pack and haven't got this one. Dunno how they are so damn useless.
@EA_Roger Would it be possible to get an update on this situation? I did exactly as you told, which was to contact support and they referred my case to a specialist and told me I’d receive an update via email...and nothing yet.
So much effort for somthing so worthless and then you don't receive the reward and becomes even more mind and time consuming 😂 Must be a way of keeping you playing ... so glad I don't do these silly so called promos it's pathetic these boys should receive a 50k pack at least.

There isn't an update on this as it stands from the last I've heard we are still working with twitch on resolving the issue. I think all those in the holding queue should have been emailed recently about how this was on-going. If there is an update I'll let you know however it is more than likely that we will tweet about this first.
