Pretty sure he’s giving out erroneous information . I don’t think the community team has much interaction with the dev team since they’re on different continents. Because of the amount of people that didn’t receive the pack, they will fix it but it will be a low priority.

Still haven't received mine. Claimed it over 24 hours ago and was hoping to get it before the ToTW changed. I received a mega pack for watching the eclub WC a couple of weeks ago so the accounts are linked properly. I can't wait for them to fix another one of "my" issues.

You said we needed to contact support if we didn’t receive the pack, then you posted a link from EA help about them looking into the problem. The exact same thing happened last year, we do not need to contact support, problem will be fixed automatically due to the number of people affected. So the fact you are telling us to contact support is wrong information.

Get that memo to your helpdesk, they have no clue what a twitch prime reward is. And that’s where you told us to go. That was a waste of my 20 minutes .
I didn't get any of mine last time and again this time still not arrived. Claimed it almost as soon as you could and still nothing. The system on this game is just dog ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Tried to reconnect my twitch account now cant get drops either. Waiting 4 days and still no news. Contacted support twice (i hsouldnt worry we are looking into it) and been put on some sort of special queue.
As said above if a SBC like Yedder quickly fixed but free stuff takes forver pathetic really!
Yeah.. Guys we will not get our pack. Get used to it, they will only fix stuff that either affects everybody, or affects them. As soon as there is only a small percentage affected they will not care because the amount of effort does not weigh enough to the bad publicity.
