The drop rates were very good last year. I think they based it on the gold card rating not the otw current rating as I did 4 and picked up cancelo and Felipe Anderson. It was cheaper too.
I did a quick one on my RTG account (had untradeable Maguire from early on) and got Barella, too bad it's wrong account since my other account uses a Serie A squad.
Did it four times used an untradeable Barella then 3 Joelintons lol. Got Wan-Bissaka, Maguire, Jovic. Then on the fourth time the Brazil logo popped up but to my delight it was Coutinho!! After that I’m done maybe made 200k out of it if I am lucky on selling Coutinho.
Someone in my discord group put Joelinton in and then got Joelinton back out of it. Basically just threw away 10 players.

De Jong (three or four times), Ben Yedder, and De Ligt too, so that's cool, but mostly Joelinton, Maguire, Jovic, and Haller.
The pack weight seems to be exactly what anyone with two brain cells would expect, in honesty.
