Im about to go nuts @EA_Roger . My hazard was fully completed with 1 89 squad left to do. It dissapears and then i login to ps4 after work and it says ive completed 1 87 squad. I need you to escalate this I spent over £500 on fifa points over toty and recycled all the crap into the untradeable prem sbcs. I dont need to lie about this matter I have a 18m coin squad.

This is a company that threatened to ban me as they had received some nasty emails from other people in my country regarding pro clubs.
Two years on and we can't play pro clubs without using dns and a server more than 10000km away.

Roger isn't to blame for this obviously, but he's essentially the face of EA on here for us as customers, as he's the only real line of communication between customer and company, which means he inadvertently gets all the anger when something goes wrong, which is about 12 times a day.
