Yes within minutes pages of KdB appeared, but almost all of them were 2nd owner.

    That’s simply not true.

I looked through the first 2 pages that got listed pal. It was like 70-80% 2nd owner. ALL of the very first ones that started the trend were 2nd owner. Some had games played...

It looks like the 'expert' traders were sniping kdb and kante at 4 mil hoping for easy profit with a price range increase. That worked with Messi yesterday but alot of people got their fingers burned tonight. It does explain what happened tbh, even though I do love a conspiracy theory.

And once you’ve bought one of their TOTY cards, it turns out they’re untradable for you right?

Only idiots would believe EA won’t manipulate the stat on the cards...it’s baby level stuff...

I'm just wondering how many accounts E.A have built into the game that they can use to manipulate the market?

Only needs a few guys logged in on multi screens with the cards ready to list and bingo

Interesting job tbh. work from home and all that

Wouldnt that be illegal? Definitely unethical... If you go on to the transfer market and 100s of toty cards, that weren't actually packed by players, then it would be considered baiting the consumer.

Creating a false result intended to lure in consumers is definitely illegal in the United States under the false advertisement laws here.

    Disgusting.

Obviously houndreds of these were pulled, but nobody listed them, because people don't want to list extinct cards and rather wait for a range increase. But then by chance 3-5 people listed their kdb within a few secs so they didn't get sniped immediately anymore. This caused the hoarders to start panic selling.

But hey who needs to look at the cards when you can just assume that ea just generated them and threw them onto the market. Also much better thread potential considering the state of this community amirite @Futfanatic

    totally different story on ps4.

It's easy baiting from EA.... People see no toty cards on the market.... They try to spend more points to maybe get one.... After disappointment the spenders watch the market to see if there are any... After the next lighting round EA releases a bunch full of TOTYs to the market and the bait begins.... People see that there are misterical TOTYs around and so they bait people to believe pack weight is better and want them to spend more points...

I just loved that pack odds say less than 1% instead of their actual 0.0000000001/2.000000000.0.0.0.0.0.1% / 10,000

Honestly I am not a tinfoil kind of guy, I have been looking at the toty midfielders since they were in packs, in the first two hours I saw Frenkie twice, Kante once and KDB not at all. Suddenly there was 120 Kante on the market I was like ok, maybe people got the wrong totw cards upgraded. Still no Frenkie or KDB.

Suddenly pages of KDB. Suddenly 160 Frenkie’s listed in 10 minutes. Watched it happen in front of my eyes. Wtf?

Why should we care.... It’s their game, if they want to remove Gabriel Jesus, they remove him. If they want to make you pay a million for him, they do it. If they want to re-release his SBC for 250k the next week, they do it.

If you buy an expensive card that will be out of packs the next day. They will release it again.

They change the rules when they want and in a game you need to spend €20.000,- to have the best team possible this is ****. Shame, shame, shame...

So you're cool with EA playing God?

What do you expect people to do? If EA doesnt want to change then there's nothing else to do

Has somebody noticed that primes are packed more often than totys from fellas on this forum, yet still there aren’t so many of them on the market? However, almost nobody here packs a tradable toty but there are hundreds at once on the market.

Moreover, what is the packweight of a toty compared to a prime? Because literally thousands of packs are being opened yet the supply of primes is ridiculously short! So either they are deliberately blocking (or reducing) the supply of primes during lighting rounds or promos in general, or something is going on that i cannot even explain.

It just doesn’t make any sense at all.

Ok this does look very shady.

Btw if they upgraded IF cards (both tradable and untradable) that might be the reason? People just immediately put them at that same moment.

But more likely just EA loading them all at once.

That only happened with Kante so wouldn't explain the other two.

EA isn’t only putting cards on the market, they’re also buying random cards to stimulate the market. I don’t have proof but I’m sure we all sold cards for stupid amounts where you don’t had an explanation why it sold, for example I sold an OTW Jovic yesterday for 100k while the price on the market is 43k or something. I have so many examples like this..

Today I deleted my club, finally! Rinsed over 3M coins on 125k packs, got Verthongen, Son and numerous times Ayoze IF
I don't enjoy games, game itself is a chore not fun, and they just dont care about community. Hope you guys pack loads of TOTY/TOTS and other valuable stuff.
    Peace out!

    All the best mate.

Tbf I think it was just PS4. No kantes, hundreds of TOTW version packed. I genuinely don’t think they were in packs, ala fut champs reds and no one “pressing the button”. These were all first owner, no games played, 160 added with 4 minute despite none too being up the previous 30 minutes of the lightning rounds.

Ea is manipulate the entire structure of the game, the gameplay, the gambling system, the market, the whole game is unhealthy.
If you want to play, you will be submited to this mascarade. Just look at the untradable reward's of the sbc's this another proof of the devilish spirit of those's who drive this garbage.

They've been doing this for years. Since they removed the selling club from transfers. I also think they bid on players if the current bid is too low (stupid thought i know 😂) but i wouldn't put it past them. The fact all these Frankies have just appeared could mean the work experience guy accidentally hit the wrong button

Nah. The kante thing happened on xbox too. Everyone got his kante at the same time so it makes sense that they were all 1st owner.

But people act as if EA just threw kdb and De Jong on the market which is just not true. A card like Frenkie went down to 2mil on xbox and there were pages of him. So considering the larger playerbase on ps people must have pulled houndreds of that card and the only thing keeping them from listing was him being extinct. All it needed was one burst of supply from 3-10 people listing within seconds from each other and all hell broke lose with people now panicking instead of waiting for the range increase.

The market price is dodgy as hell. Messi the guaranteed best card in game selling at 5.5m only which is massively underpriced. Mbappe at 6.3m fine ST pos makes some sense.

On the other hand, KDB at 3.5m and Mane at 3m are ❤️❤️❤️❤️ ridiculous. Overpriced. They should be much much lower. Kante at 3m as well. All should come down by at least 30% considering Messi is just 5.5m.

It appears to me that the prices are kinda fixed by EA by controlling the supply (or even makes transactions themselves), which their targets are to attract people to buy FP and overspend coins on those they might be able to afford (Mane and KDB).

Easy to see who's embarassing himself here. No logic, no arguments, nothing. But hey atleast it gives you something to moan about mid week when you can't moan about how unfairly the wl treats you or whatever.

You’re not even on PS4 which I am clearly talking about so stop embarrassing yourself by generalizing it. Stop assuming I didn’t look at the cards, I went through pages and pages and they were first owner, second owner and third owner with no games played. Don’t come back to me with some **** Orison because you’re NOT even on my console.

So there were 2nd and even 3rd owner cards. Thanks for confirming it.

So ALL of these hundreds of people were sat on their cards, refreshing the transfer market for a few hours, waiting for a 'burst of supply from 3-10 people' then hitting sell on their own cards ALL at the very same moment? Doesn't seem particularly feasible. Even for just one player it seems unlikely but for it to be several all at the exact same time? Really?
