Only way to beat it is by passing quickly and dribbling and you can’t even do it bc of the lag. Forgot why I don’t play WL anymore

Lol I just played someone in WL doing this. I beat him 1-0 with finally breaking through a gap near the 80th min and scoring my only chance of the game geeze...

The elite A.I defending also makes it a nightmare to play against. You can't open up gaps and get the best of a player who's not switched on, because there's a very high chance that the A.I will close the options down or auto-intercept when you try to exploit those little windows of opportunity you create.

And then you still have to score vs God keepers lol

When you realised your opponents are playing drop back 1 depth then why didn’t you just keep the ball and pass around the back? There’s no shame in playing like that against these players. Take it to penalties if you have to but the chances are they’d start pressing which’ll allow you to play your game.

I already set balance 5 5 and I still receive tons of messages calling me drop back abuser simply because I didn’t let them counter easily

I’ll be honest I play drop back but I play on 7 depth
The only reason is I found playing high press..drop back makes the defense get back quicker from the high line.

But I know most don’t play drop back and it looks like drop back

I'm pretty damned good at defending, but that tends to cost me a lot of games, due to good tackles randomly morphing into rebound assists for the opposition.

Having 10 players sitting on the edge of your own box, with one near the centre cirle, 7 seconds after you lose possession, isn't good defending.

I don't blame him for being angry though. This game is so toxic and unenjoyable. I'm almost done with this seaon, 3k to go and then just to sell everyone and i'm done. Can't deal with it. The stress, each game is just a chore to play. You feel cheated 90% of the time when losing.

I don't know why so many people play this. It really is the worst FIFA they have made.

Every tactic can be countered by another tactic its just about having a plan A,B,C,D and E and not expecting for example your 4231 to autowin games
