Had a quick chat with EA Support. It's obviously a bug for those (like me) who claimed the reward earlier. They're working on it and the rewards will come later due to delay.

Did it when it came out and haven’t received anything , like most others . Can this company get anything done without a hitch? It doesn’t seem like it .

Haven’t seen anyone who redeemed very early get it yet
I think this will go with no response as it will be Agro to resolve
Have they even acknowledged it at all?
Haven’t seen anything from the usual ea suspects on Twitter
