How is Friday content the worst? Weekly objectives have been awesome for months
Every card on offer is nothing but fodder and requires people to play squad battles every single week, which people don't want to play.
I don't care that "it's only two games" or whatever, but they're still forcing people to play a game mode that you wouldn't play otherwise.
Weekly Objectives have given out some incredible cards for free. Usable for some, fodder for some, and even then it's a high rated card that you can get for hardly any effort. And how is it forcing you to do it? I'm sure if you really want that player, you wouldn't mind giving up half an hour of your time for it. And if you don't really care about that player and he only looks like fodder in your eyes, then just don't do it.
To claim that 'every card on offer is nothing but fodder' is just a stupid thing to say. Many people will get that Juan Jesus for their team for example as he pretty much has perfect stats for a CB and is easy to link.
It is in no way forcing anyone to play anything. If people are desperate for a card then that’s their problem.
But when the only content on offer on a Friday is via modes that can't be done by just playing the game however you want. And then you've also got swap players on offer that is also trying to make me play a mode that I don't want to play in Squad Battles.

They’re not forcing anyone to do anything, though. It’s ultimately the players decision at the end of the day

Of course it is forcing the player to participate in a game mode they otherwise would never look at.
The easy answer is just to make it available in any game mode, allowing anyone to complete it, regardless
I agree with you on the last point my lad, but it’s not like EA has a gun to your head saying you HAVE to get x player. It is a challenge after all.
Ive done about 20-30 had trapp and couple more nothing special trying to resist until decent upgrades are out
