Controlling the ball inside the box?

Being a gold 1 player i feel that I am decent at the game.. the one thing I feel that I am missing in my game is controlling the ball inside the opponent’s final 3rd. I just can’t get clean shots off. They are always blocked. Also, If I get the ball into the box I get the ball stolen or my shot gets blocked.. my opponents generally have the same issues as me. In the games I lose most of the time it is because the opponents player seems to move about my box with ease, almost as if there is a force field around them. Any elite players in here able to provide tips on how I can become more effective in these situations?

I dont have any tips, but i do have the same problem. I really find i cant do what others can. It is the slow dribbling that everytime i try, i just am tackle fodder, but with them, they change direction repeatedly and my defenders get fooled and they make some lovely chances from it. Really wish i knew how to do it

    Yeah it's oure bs brother.

Players will make a tackle wrapping their leg 360° around your body or block shots from 5 yards behind. Etc etc

    Ill-thought out game.

Sometimes maybe try first time shots (still can be endlessly blocked).

Sometimes try spinning of to the unexpected side and take a shot.

One thing I recently discovered and have used effectively around sweaty sprint defenders (mainly in my CB/midfield) is the disguised first touch. I'm tempted to try this in the box and see what success I can have with it.

9 out of 10 of my fake shots in the box get stolen.. it’s crazy.

Hold R1, and hold L towards the ball.

Only seems to work when receiver is standing still and square to the ball. (Or at least works much more frequently this way)

I find this dribble just means my player is more easy to be tackled a sitting duck.

When I try to close dribble it just gets stolen... it’s frustrating.
