Hi.

I keep reading about people starting the game with a formation then switching straight away to the formation they want purely for chemistry reasons, why is that, if say I switched from 4 2 3 1 wide with hazard and willian as left and right mid to 4 2 3 1 narrow would hazard and willian not take the chem penalty from been out of position?

Yes you've got it right. Only players chem at the start of the game matters. You could move a 10 chem CB to striker using dynamic tactics and he would still play on 10 chem.

That seems a bit broken to be honest, but it is what it is, thanks for clearing that up for me.

Yes, many players use this to obtain the full chemistry and move them around in-game
