Mate seriously how old are you. Your entire first post was question why EA pays more attention to MLS, I then told you why EA pays more attention to them in one of the first comments, yet you kept arguing, I’ve literally just re-read the thread not one single person has said the MLS has better quality football, a couple have said they prefer MLS but that’s personal preference.

For at least the second time in this thread your just blatantly lying.

Oops @El_Nino summarized my point before I posted. Couldn't be bothered to comb through OP's relentless parroting of himself

Colombian, Chilean and Argentinian league shouldn't be in fut. Same with Scandinavian leagues, South Korean, England below Championship, Irish, German 3rd... But of course as a Norwegian I want our league in fut.

lol so remove all the bronze and silver players that these leagues have . That should do wonders for the market . Every rare bronze will become 10k .

I'm happy that there is a Zlatan I can use. But the OP is right. EA doesn't care.

Think you’ve got it rough? Try being Scottish and stuck on the same island as the SKY doped EPL hysteria. Utterly insufferable.

You kind of have to have Argentina in for Boca and River plate.
    Agreed !
the Argentine league is well attended . It's a footballing hotbed that i'd hazard a guess attracts more support than some of the top European Leagues .

Independiente have their moments too .

i see that Defensa are 2nd in the league .... they only get about 7000 watching them . Must be AI auto Defensa

Also, on the subject of which League is more popular, MLS or Liga MX, look at these forums. Granted it's a very small percentage of FIFA players, but this makes a point.

Where's the US Soccer lounge? Page one of the Real Football discussion.

Where's the Liga MX lounge? Seriously, I spent way longer than I should have looking for it in the Real Football discussion. Didn't find it. It's in the archived FIFA 18 boards.

I agree the mls has a long way to go but just think about this, who wants a visa to play in Mexico and who wants a US visa in general, yup. I will never forget a college and state teammate of mine made a tryout in Mexico and then got released because the team had used up their three visas, lol.

The funny thing is, MLS gets favoritism in some areas, but completely ignored in others. We got our first TOTW player in 5 weeks today. The player who got in, Nico Gaitan trasferred to the Chicago Fire 2 months ago, and still doesn't have a NIF for them yet. Neither does Marcelo (Sporting CB), who transferred 4 months ago. FC Cincinnati still hasn't gotten ANY transfers yet, and they've already been playing for a while now.

while I hate to agree with OP after he's made such a clown out of himself... it is absolutely comical that EA have given Ibra his highest paced (and possibly best in-game) card ever this year

He turned 37 and finally found his legs :joy::joy:

Lol the only reason is because they’ve pulled everyone into thinking that this league matters and never give any attention forcely to the others that league is only popular because of EA and nothing more ! Let’s see what accomplishments has that league had besides being a nice retirement for have been players huh ? And once again you can’t mention vela lol

Hate to tell you this. But it does matter. Not because you or I say so. But because the professional footballers do. Zlatan, Rooney, Beckham, schweinsteiger, kaka, villa etc all chose to go to the MLS to finish their careers. Not the Mexican or Colombian leagues. Now the reason may be because of the location and salary. But regardless these players make the league matter. Despite the fact the Mexican teams are better.

the league in the big picture doesn't matter in the least . Football on the grand scale is about Europe and South America . I'm a Liverpool supporter and have been since i was about 5 i'm now 37 but when stevie moved over to the MLS i honestly cannot remember speaking to one supporter who said " i'm going to set my alarm so i can watch him play" . Nobody cared. Do Everton and United supporters tune in to watch Rooney ? Ibra ? I very much doubt it . Bradley Wright Phillips for example was a highly touted young player but he didn't make the grade in the Premier league or below in England . It's a very low level of football in the MLS . When the MLS actually produce any good young players - they leave for bigger and better things

the mexican league would be a far tougher league to go to and prolong your career .

These players at the end of their careers are going over to get big paydays and promote a league that has been trying to do the same since the days of Pele . Still very little interest in it .

Ibra gets rated 95 for scoring against players that would struggle to get a game for bolton wanderers . I find that hilariously biased

Interestingly, Chelsea played New England in a charity match tonight. Apparently Chelsea was obligated contractually to play close to their best 11. New England is the second worst team in the mls, with a coach that was sacked last week. Chelsea won 3-0. A solid win. But considering that the mls in the eyes of some is equal to England’s league 1, you would think Chelsea would obliterate the second worst team in the mls. Interesting match anyway.

It was nice of them to injure RLC. And I watched the game, should have been more goals for us. Hit the woodwork a few times, missed several 1v1s.

MLS can't win in those situations. The times they get a good result, such as when San Jose (worst team in the league last season) drew Manchester United 0-0 and was the better team in the match, it's "Well, they weren't really trying. It doesn't mean anything." When they get smoked, it's "Haha, MLS sucks! Trash league!" I agree friendlies are basically meaningless, but MLS haters can't have it both ways.

Chelsea could have obliterated NE, they played nice in that match. Losing RLC is a nightmare but it was a non contact injury, pitch was atrocious
