4231(2) wide formation

I want to go back to basics and start using this formation again as I seem to be on a little downward spiral at the minute. My main team and fitness team would be like this;
Main team

Fitness team

If anyone can think of any upgrades or replacements then please let me know. Also if anyone is currently using this formation and have any tactics and instructions they could kindly share as I've forgotten what I used last time that would be greatly appreciated.
