You are banned because you were buying alot of players or other cards in a short period of time. Ban lasts from a couple minutes to 3,9 and 24 hours.

When you get back try to make a couple breaks after like 10 cards.

Its not a perma ban

If you're spamming bids at 350 coins the same thing happened to me many times in FIFA 18, they just ban you from bidding for like an hour or so (in my experience at least)

Do it on the companion app on your phone... you can mass bid as much as you want and won’t get banned...

Or at least I didn’t anyway

Just back out,play a match and then go back to the transfer market, should be fine.

Also there is connection issues atm
