What formation does everyone use for a BPL?

I had a BPL team 451 formation with the 3 centre midfielders, fabihno in the middle, fred to the left and kovacic to the right I won like 10 games on the bounce, then suddenly I cant win a game. The players were sluggish which is annoying.

4-2-3-1 there’s so many good Cams or ST to fit in with it... even cheap OP ones

I play 4231 wide with a prem team
