They don't expect, it's not a job.
You play if you are into it it, if you don't want to/can't, you don't play.
The ranking is there to reward to plays the most, but you don't have to make KPIs or get fired, relax.
Exactly it’s not a job! So why does it require 12 hours a day minimum to get decent rewards? And/or COST thousands to play (if you don’t want to lose 10-0 every game) pretty much the only mode that gets upgraded/improved each year?
Imagine the game somehow, became LITERALLY 24/7, what would you say then? Would you still say “oh don’t play it if you don’t want to/can’t”... **** off.
How far does it have to go before FUT asks for too much of your time/money? Half it’s fan base are kids FFS.

Don’t worry I’ll be the last one to give EA my weekend. For a few dodgy packs or worthless coins.. There’s a difference between bieng addicted and bieng invested. Some have spent years giving EA money/time (even before it was pay-to-win/24-7 grind)

- Rewards drop at 0100hrs (UK) on Monday.
