Just this season. The Ferrari wasn't anywhere near their current level, just look at the point gap between Bottas and Raikkonen in both years.
Though even now, Ferrari have fallen off a cliff performance-wise. Been some rumours that they've removed an engine boost after the FIA placed extra sensors.
