What do you you think is the real reason why ea make 50 rotw playsrd

My theory is cause this year we have the icons sbc. Think about if you could buy a 90/93 players at 30-50 k , you could do Ronaldo for 1 m if you open packs and find each time good players.

Probably because there’s such a short time span until the World Cup, there’s not enough time to do every league’s TOTS in packs separately.

Also means lesser TOTS cards hold their value more as they aren’t packed.

Also means 83 rated cards hold their value more when they’re packed en masse with the major TOTS pack openings.

Laziness. And I remember people complaining about players from poor leagues having op stats and how stupid that was and unrealistic.

They doubled up on leagues last year anyway. One on Wednesday one on Friday. So it wouldn’t take any more time

They can just fix that by keeping the rating of those cards low. They’d just cap them off at 88/89 rated, you’re not saving anything with those tots. And if they wanted you not to do icon sbc’s for cheap they wouldn’t give you free tots cards and cheap tots sbc to put those free tots cards in. I packed a 91/93/93 from those sbc’s, by the time tots is over I can do any tots sbc I want for what 1M cheaper? Thanks to those cheap tots sbc. But lets ignore that.

it is the end of the season a lot of people will migrate to WC mode
icons and informs should be dirt cheap you can't play much longer anyway after WC it's just about time for FIFA 19

They did it this way as opposed to releasing the small leagues to prevent people from making OP small league squads with a bunch of tots cards for cheap. They release some players. But most are hard to link without a decent amount of icons. This way you have to spend a lot more coin on a team. Surprised they didn’t start doing this much sooner.

Because people will buy less fifa points to try and pack the top league TOTS players when they can just buy a full TOTS team for the same price as say TOTS Aguero
