    Looks crap. everything about that film that I've seen just seems to have none of the genuine fondness or reverence of the pop-culture it was actually drawing from in the book. The film just looks like it's going to be a bunch of crassly tacked on cross licensing things for people to just be like 'I understand that reference!' to.

    It's a great book so I suggest you read it asap, but just make sure you separate one from the other.

    Didn't read the book. Movie was entertaining...references to pop culture were good and the premise was great. Plot and script were kind of meh though
