Lunar Event - A big icon rls???

COnsidering that EA released 4 big icons during TOTY, and that we have had 2 midtier releases after that, isn't it a given that we are getting atleast 2 of pele/r9/gullit/maldini/maradona during the lunar event?

if that's the case shouldn't it have been A New Year, A New Mode?
Because SBCs were new. So there's no meaning in " A New Sbc", when there weren't any other sbc at the time.

SBCS were around in FUT 17. The new year means a new year of Fifa, Fifa 17 -> Fifa 18
