FUT 18 - ICON HRISTO STOICHKOV

I'm wonder about the ICON CARD HRISTO STOICHKOV.. I don't know why last year in FIFA 17 he was a card , but now in FIFA 18 he wasn't.. I know a lot of people in Bulgaria who bought the PS4 and FIFA 18 because of Hristo Stoichkov and now they are disappointed...
What you think about that ?

We want Hristo Stoichkov. He is Bulgarian legend. In Bulgaria every people want Hristo Stoichkov on fifa. He is have 1 golden ball and he is Barcelona legend.

Did you even consider that in this case is not EA s fault.....maybe Stoichkov asked a lot of money for a new contract, you know, you cannot use his name for free....
