1 Mil team around Icon ST help

Need some ideas. Have around a mil and have never owned an icon before so any help is greatly appreciated so I would like to make a team around one.
4-3-2-1 formation please
Would like a few special cards (have POTM Sane)
Multiple leagues is also wanted
Heard 88 Shev is really good so leaning towards him?
