Anyone know much about this Tosun Besiktas striker Everton bid for a few days ago?

Solid striker, great in the air, and all round good finisher.

He can also play across the front 3 if needed, though prefers striker (and you'd be best off playing him there)

@Nil Satis Nisi Optimum the Beşiktaş chairman says that he received a 35m offer for Tosun from China and wants that Everton should offer more than 25m.
That guy is a pain in the ❤️❤️❤️❤️ to deal with and I wouldn't be surprised if he's lying about receiving an offer from China.
Honestly you're better off searching for another striker, he's not worth 25m let alone 30-35.
