where the EA Studio team is located?

I didn't receive the DKT TOTS reward and opened a case since last Friday and no response from the so-called "Studio Team", do anyone by chance know in which country this team is located and which time zone they work with?

The 'support' however is based in India as far as I kno. They however have no clue and no relation to the dev team. They're just a bunch of hotline people

I got disconnected and they did nothing lol. no player not added attempt etc
