Haha. I've done the hybrid nations/leagues sbc about 25 times this fifa and not been banned. Refuse to give ea my money so exploit the everpresent weaknesses in their game to earn coins. Did the exact same last year and made about 2m from it.

yeah you can do it without getting banned, but you have to be careful in how you do it, like you said.
transferring rare golds for under 10k each, and IF's for 35k like you said would work. Obviously not all at once too. Space it out

As long as you use discard gold informs for around 35k (depending on how much you want to transfer), you won't get banned.
