Start of 6w-0 against a few stacked legend and TOTS/ TOTY teams then cop a 5-4 loss to one of the worst players i have ever faced 4 sweaty drivens across goal and a rebound right back to him for a tap in, not to mention 3 of the opportunities for the cross were from super lucky random rebounds to set the chance up...(in 45th and 90min then and of ET) worst thing is he basically just held sprint with his forwards and ran straight all game but compared to the previous games my AI and defense was just leaving gaps everywhere and I had enough delay his AI just blocked everything and shooting was off/ saved. Then after a break fire back up only to cop my first unplayable game this evening where I am down 3-0 early because my team and players are everywhere and seemingly lost their AI plus worse delay while the oppo can do no wrong.
Why the hell is the game so inconsistent and losses feel handed to me not earned due to connections and random BS which obviously the top players do not suffer to this extent. I am sick of losing to the AI, random BS and the fact that my team and players just wont perform to the norm and there is nothing I can do. The consistency, lack of skill required to win games and overall BS needs serious sorting for this so called competitive mode for 18!! It isn't just a connection thing the game has major issues!
Speaking of Formations.. my biggest problem this year is giving up 2-0 leads . Last week I gave up a few and 1 game I was up 3-0 and lost. Put me on tilt tbh
Any formation shouts or recommendations with player instructions of switching to IG with big leads?

Lost my first game 3-2, have absolutely no motivation to continue now.
All 3 goals came from absolutely nothing, just random longshots going nowhere that my defender would decide to jump in to, rebounds back, and he now has a 1-on-1 with my keeper or something along those lines. Utter joke.

Depending on what you want to do. Often I find myself using 433-3 as the LW/RW are great outs and very good coming back to collect the balls.
Probably most effective as you can maintain control but also still score.. as lots go 3atb whilst chasing leads

yeah 4-3-3 is great as they have to press high and space down the wings is easy to work
Played a guy called DW Dandelion who I believe is a T100 player and dominated him, but his TOTS De Gea was amazing and now I'm 8-1 when I should be 9-0.
Im 3-0 - makes a massive change from my 6-9 at this stage last week - Going to take an hour or two break because i've been getting a little stressed at not being able to kill the matches - If i get at least 20 this week it will put me well on track for elite 3 - if i can get more even better
