Struggling with something at the moment, it's really frustrating.

I need to add a single landscaped page into the middle of my otherwise portrait document (page 20). The only problem is, when i do it the way i know how (and the way the internet suggests) i lose my document format on the page which is landscaped and the page after that, so page 20 and 21.

When i say document format, i mean the header and footer are lost on those 2 pages. I want to keep them!!!

Anyone any clues? I need to get this thing written tonight!

Cheers

EDIT: In fact, i don't care if the header and footer are lost on the landscape page, just not on the page immediately afterwards.

    Are you printing it?

    If not....... Could you not just edit it in another file and then add at the end, and then move it?

    Couldn't you just set the header again on the following page from scratch?

    So quick one for anyone needing to do it in the future;

    1: Go to top of page you want to become landscape
    2: Layout > Page Break> Section Break> Next page
    3: Change Orientation to landscape
    4: Go to top of page you want to go back to portrait
    5: Layout > Page Break> Section Break> Next page
    6: Change orientation to portrait
    7: Double click the header and select 'different first page'

    So i now have the original header/footer/page number on the following portrait page and nothing on the landscape page. (which looks better)
