Yes, they are dirt cheap to do because there are only 1 or 2 specific players required in each. The rest can be assembled from whoever you have in your club.
Like you can just spend on a Roma player in the first one, then throw in a bunch of cheap Russians or Liga NOS golds to make up the numbers.
