CCM is the Central Central Midfielder. CM is just Central Midfielder and in several formations, you have 3 CMs. But as you can assume, the CCM is the one in the middle. Would go for Tolisso too btw, or UP Kante.

Yeah what I meant is what's the difference in player type between a CCM and a CM ? Basically none, it's up to you. It's not like comparing a CDM to a CM or a RM/LM to a CM

Well it's up to you and how you want to shape your team. In a 4321 for example, I would go for a creative CCM and box to box / defensive RCM and LCM, but that's not a general rule, it's just me
