I am just sharing a link from the official EA forum, just the language is different.

Forgive my ignorance.Are the forum rules different for German speakers?

Not that it's any of your business, but yes, they are.
I'm Mod in the German FUT-section, where we don't allow it.
the Mods in the normal Fifa-section allow it though...
