Best CAM for Serie A team?

I am currently using Saponara, really good player for the price, but I would like to try something else.
I tried Banega, but he didn't work very well for me... (I use 4312). I like him better at the CM position.
Any suggestion?

Totti for me. Gone back to him countless times, no other CAM does it for me. Passing is brilliant and 5* weak foot is deadly in and outside the box

Perotti with a Deadeye chem style is amazing. Also Borja Valero has a very nice finishing, dribbling and passing on him

i used to rely on 4-3-3(4) or 4-2-3-1, but i'm finding that this year 4-3-3(2) is better.

IF hamsik is great at cm, as is nainggolan.

I believe you, I use standard Giovinco at CAM in my Italian Backup team and he is really good!

I found him to be invisible on the pitch. He "should" be amazing, looking at his stats, but I haven't noticed it.
