I've got near 700k, and need to find a way to improve my teams.

Thinking about these two:

I've got some players already, so should be able to afford all.
Any thoughts on their weaknesses would be welcomed.

I've only got Renato at the moment. But they're all suitable at being the holding player so it could work well.
