PS4? Had the same thing this morning. I went to change my MTU to 1470 instead of 1500 and right now it is working again!

I have my MTU on 1470 anyway and it's screwed up for me.

it is psn. fifa ut seems to rely on a re-connection and after every match it does this. so once you market is working don't play a match just trade
