Simple question, what means more to you and why when it comes to football, your club side or your National side

    club.

the national football federation here in norway has f'ed up the national team for a long time, and it has become a fifa type of federation, where they hire unqualified friends.

Club, and it's not even close.

Nothing beats going to watch your team on a Weekend.

I don't get that same nervousness before an England game that I get before virtually every United game.

Have played for my country and I'm literally disgusted how players pull out due to ghost injuries just to stay fit for their club side

This. Would be club for me too.

However I do enjoy the major tournaments and that bit of 'togetherness'

Depends on which team I like at that specific moment.

National side is always the best and much more enjoyable to watch, clubs is mainly just money. I rather watch Albania - Romania in the Euros than a champions league final between Barcelona - Real Madrid.

Club during the season, I hate internationals interrupting it.

But as soon as a major tournament comes around I get caught up in it all and love the national side

Why? The club side is their job at the end of the day

Playing for pride is better than money in my eyes.
Putting the Welsh shirt on for the semi-pro side is one of the best feelings ever and can only imagine what it'd be like for real for the full national side
At the end of the day they get more than enough money to get by after a season or two. The rest would be a bonus for me personally

In theory yes, but people always want more than they have.

When it comes to national tournaments, it's not even close. Country all day long. Grinds my gears when people say club over country. Nothing gets me more going than when the national anthem comes on. Far more proud to be a Englishman than a Chelsea supporter.

And I had tears when we won the CL.

National by some distance. Can't say I've ever felt the same feeling as when McAuley headed in that goal vs Ukraine
